Version 1.0
This Privacy Policy describes how Music Solutions LLC (“Music Solutions,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with EyeOnian™ (the “app”), across its native applications and its web version, together with the related website and services (collectively, the “Service”).
The native EyeOnian™ apps collect no personal data and work fully offline.
The web version collects only what is needed to process your purchase and run the app.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we never receive your payment card details.
The native EyeOnian™ apps do not collect any personal data and make no calls to our servers. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, and no tracking of any kind. The apps work fully offline.
Your saved EyeOnotes may sync through your own device cloud — iCloud on Apple devices, or your device’s own cloud backup elsewhere — so they’re available across your devices. This uses your personal cloud storage under Apple’s or Google’s privacy policies. We have no access to it and cannot read your notes, and you can turn it off in your device settings.
Purchases in the native apps are handled entirely by the app store you downloaded the app from. Your purchase is validated on your device by the store; the apps send nothing to us. We do not receive your name, email address, or payment details. Apple and Google provide us only anonymous, aggregated sales information through their developer dashboards. Your payment information is handled entirely by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies.
The web version of EyeOnian™ collects only the limited information described below.
Accounts, Purchases and Access. The web version uses Supabase (hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States) to manage your account—including your email address—store your access status, and keep a record of your agreement to our Terms (the version you accepted and the date). You can create an account with an email address or by signing in with Google. If you use Google sign-in, Google shares basic profile information with us — such as your email address, and, depending on your Google account, your name and profile image. We use only your email address to identify your account; any additional profile information Google provides is stored with your account but is not otherwise used, subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
We use RevenueCat to manage purchases and unlock paid features. RevenueCat links your purchase history to your Supabase account identifier. Because this is a web application, RevenueCat also receives transaction metadata and your billing email address directly from our web payment processor. RevenueCat stores this data on servers located in the United States (Amazon Web Services). For more details, you can review RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.
Payment. Payments on the web are processed by Stripe. To complete a purchase, Stripe collects your email address and payment details. We never receive or store your payment card information — it is handled entirely by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We may receive your email address from Stripe to associate with your purchase and to send purchase-related notices.
App functionality. To run the interactive parts of EyeOnian™ on the web, the queries and configurations you create in the app are processed on our servers (hosted by Cloudflare) rather than only on your device, so that results can be returned to you within the app. We do not use this information to build a profile of you or for advertising.
Approximate location. During checkout, Stripe and our servers (via Cloudflare) process your IP address to determine your approximate location. We use this only to confirm your purchase is from a permitted region and to help detect and prevent fraudulent transactions. We do not track your location while you use the app.
We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use advertising trackers.
The native apps do not use cookies or tracking technologies of any kind.
The web version may use cookies or similar technologies only where needed to keep you signed in, remember your purchase, and operate the app. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before using any non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
We do not track EyeOnian™ users across third-party websites or services, and we do not use advertising trackers. Because we do not perform such tracking, our Service does not respond differently to browser ‘Do Not Track’ (DNT) signals.
We never receive or store your payment card details. On the native apps, payments are handled by Apple or Google. On the web, payments are handled by Stripe. Each processes your payment under its own privacy policy.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Because the native apps collect nothing, these rights are most relevant to the web version. To make a request, contact us at privacy@eyeonian.com.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to delete it, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@eyeonian.com.
Our web service providers (including RevenueCat, Stripe, and Cloudflare) may process data in the United States or other countries, which may have different data protection laws than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
Because the native apps collect no data, there is nothing to retain from them.
For the web version, we retain purchase-related information (an anonymous purchase record and, where provided, your email) for as long as needed to provide access to what you bought and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at privacy@eyeonian.com, subject to any legal obligation to retain it.
EyeOnian™ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The native apps collect no personal information from anyone. If you believe a child has provided us personal information through the web version, please contact us at privacy@eyeonian.com and we will delete it.
We use reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the limited information the web version handles. If a data breach affects your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any updated version here with a new “Last updated” date, and where required by law we will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
