Your EyeOnotes are saved where you created them, and they are not shared between platforms — one saved in the Android app will not appear on the web or on your iPad.
Where a version offers cloud storage it uses your own account, which keeps your EyeOnotes available across the devices signed in to that account, not across platforms.
Music Solutions LLC does not store your EyeOnotes and cannot read them. To move a single EyeOnote to another platform, create a share link from it and open that link on the other device.
- iPad / macOS — stored on the device and synced through your own iCloud, so they appear on your other Apple devices signed in to the same Apple Account. If you are not signed in to iCloud they stay on that one device.
- Android — stored on the device only; the app has no cloud storage. If Android’s own backup is turned on for your Google Account, it may include your EyeOnotes and restore them when you reinstall the app.
- Web — stored in your browser. You can also connect OneDrive from the app’s settings, which stores them in a folder the app creates in your own OneDrive, so they are available in other browsers and computers where you sign in.
